The playoff picture is set for two teams, but three others enter the final week of the Sunshine Superwash SportsKlub Spring Football season with their postseason futures still hanging in the balance.

The Rick Grant Landscaping Blues have already locked up first place and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, posting a dominant 9-0-2 record and 22 points through 11 games. The CMF Automotive Silver Bombers have also secured a playoff berth and sit second with 12 points.

The final two playoff positions, however, remain up for grabs. The Orillia Synergy Healthcare Augies and Wagner Lawn Care Trojans enter Week 10 tied with 10 points apiece, while the Mara's Nook Huskers remain within striking distance at nine points.

Sunday's schedule features two games with significant playoff implications. The Huskers will take on the Augies, while the Trojans face the McLean & Dickey Insurance Thunderbolts.

For the Huskers, the path to the postseason is straightforward: win and they're in.

A regulation victory over the Augies would move the Huskers to 11 points, vaulting them ahead of Orillia and securing a playoff berth regardless of the outcome in the Trojans-Thunderbolts matchup. Anything less than a regulation win would eliminate the Huskers from playoff contention.

The Augies control much of their own destiny. A win or overtime loss against the Huskers would guarantee a playoff berth. Even if the Augies were to lose in regulation, the team could still qualify if the Trojans also fall in regulation to the Thunderbolts.

The Trojans enter the final week in perhaps the strongest position among the bubble teams. Any point earned against the Thunderbolts — whether through a win or an overtime loss — would secure a playoff spot.

Should the Trojans lose in regulation and the Huskers defeat the Augies, the Trojans would be eliminated. In that scenario, the Huskers would finish with 11 points, while the Augies and Trojans would both finish with 10. The Augies would earn the final playoff berth thanks to the league's first tiebreaker: regulation wins. The Augies currently owns five regulation victories compared to Wagner's four.

The race for playoff seeding is also not completely settled. The Silver Bombers enter the final week in second place with 12 points and six regulation wins. The only team capable of overtaking the Bombers for the No. 2 seed is the Augies. For that to happen, the Silver Bombers would need to lose in regulation to the Blues while the Augies defeat the Huskers in regulation. The teams would then be tied on points and regulation wins, sending the decision to point differential.

The most likely playoff field entering the final week remains the Blues, Silver Bombers, Augies and Trojans. However, with the Huskers still controlling their own destiny, the final week promises plenty of drama before the postseason bracket is officially set.
