SportsKlub is a recreational community built on fun, friendship, inclusion, and shared experiences. Our leagues are designed to be welcoming, light-hearted, and enjoyable for participants of all skill levels and backgrounds. The goal is always the moments, the laughs, and the people, not the final score.

By registering for a SportsKlub event or season, participants agree to take part respectfully and within the spirit of the game at all times. All players are expected to treat teammates, opponents, officials, volunteers, staff, and spectators with courtesy and sportsmanship.

 

The following behaviour is not permitted at any SportsKlub activity or facility:
• Aggressive, intimidating, or unsafe conduct
• Harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse
• Excessive unsportsmanlike behaviour
• Disruptive actions that negatively affect the experience of others
• Intoxication or impairment during events
• Illegal activity on or around playing areas

SportsKlub exists to provide a positive environment for everyone involved. If a participant’s behaviour conflicts with that environment, they may be removed from a game, event, or season without refund.

 

Participation in SportsKlub is conditional. SportsKlub reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at organizer discretion in order to protect the safety, experience, and culture of the league. Registration does not guarantee placement. A full refund will be issued if a registration is declined prior to the season.

Players are responsible for participating safely and within their own physical limits. By choosing to participate, individuals accept the inherent risks of recreational sport and acknowledge that SportsKlub does not provide medical insurance coverage for injuries or related expenses.

SportsKlub events may be photographed or recorded for promotional, social media, website, and archival purposes as part of documenting the community and its activities.

These guidelines exist to protect the experience for everyone. SportsKlub is a community first, and maintaining a respectful, enjoyable environment will always take priority.
