Arena Series logo inspired by ‘two worlds colliding’

New crest blends Irish cliffs and Andes ice to honour the Leprechauns–Ice Llamas rivalry in a premium, big-event design

The Ice Llamas erased a 3-0 deficit to defeat the Leprechauns in Game 7 of the 2025 SportsKlub Arena Series at the West Orillia Sports Complex.

SportsKlub has officially revealed the 2026 Arena Series logo, a bold, shield-style crest designed to capture the energy of a major hockey event while celebrating the unique identity of the league’s two teams: the Leprechauns and the Ice Llamas.

The Arena Series emblem was built to feel bigger than a typical logo. It’s meant to represent the series itself, a championship-style clash of cultures, colours, and environments, with each half of the crest telling its own story.

On the left side, the Leprechauns are represented through Irish symbolism and coastal imagery. A prominent four-leaf clover anchors the design in rich emerald tones, paired with dramatic cliffside scenery and ocean textures that evoke Ireland’s rugged shoreline. The look is meant to reflect tradition, resilience, and a little bit of SportsKlub’s trademark personality, a nod to the Leprechauns’ spirited, fearless identity on the ice.

The right side of the crest shifts into a colder, sharper world built for the Ice Llamas. Snow-capped mountain peaks rise behind crossed hockey sticks, using icy blues and deep purples to represent the team’s edge, toughness, and high-altitude attitude. The mountain imagery is a direct reference to the Andes Mountains, the natural homeland of llamas, reinforcing the team’s identity through geography.

At the top of the crest sits the SportsKlub flag, tying both sides together under one banner and making it clear that while the teams may be rivals, the Arena Series is a shared tradition. A gold star between the two team nameplates completes the design, symbolizing the spotlight moment that the Arena Series represents, a marquee matchup built around intensity, pride, and the kind of games that become SportsKlub memories for years to come.
